Welcome to Occam’s Razor. This annual spring publication features award-winning works in poetry, fiction, nonfiction, and the visual arts by Cal State East Bay students and recent alumni.
Published by the CSUEB English Department, this issue contains the best entries of the Robert V. Williams Fiction Contest and the English Department’s Poetry and Nonfiction Contests, alongside select pieces from the year’s submissions.
Occam’s Razor was launched in 1989 by Donald Markos, English professor at CSUEB from 1966 – 1999, to showcase students’ works in creative writing and the arts.
